The Termika compress is a unique product combining advantages of warmth with natural properties of peat. The compress is based on natural ingredients only: peat soil, active carbon, potassium salts, iron powder. It causes topical body warm-up without irritations or side effects of any kind. It secretes mild, natural and safe warmth, causing warming up to app. 45 –50 °C.

The compress is self-warming, and very easy to use.

All you have to do is to take it out of the pouch, and after a short while apply it to the body surface. Available air causes warmth emission from the compress. Total warming time is from 18 to 24 hours. Warming with the compress may be discontinued at any time by putting it back to the pouch and closing it tight! Due to this the compress may be used several times and individual warming-up times may be dosed according to the current needs.
